01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and kgg99 (hereinafter referred to as "kgg99", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the kgg99 website located at kgg99.app and all related services, features, content, and products offered therein.

By accessing the kgg99 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

kgg99 operates as an offshore online gaming and sports betting platform. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to offshore gaming operations and are intended to provide a fair, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all players based in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion, game rules, or bonus terms, the specific rules of that promotion or game shall take precedence in respect of that specific matter only. For all other matters, these Terms shall apply in full.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the kgg99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of kgg99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the platform via a self-exclusion request, and no such exclusion is currently in force on your account.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

kgg99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued identification document. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, the account will be suspended and any remaining balance returned after deducting any bonus funds.

If it is determined that a Player has provided false information regarding their age, kgg99 will immediately close the account, void all winnings, and take such further action as may be appropriate under these Terms.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of kgg99 services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) kgg99 account. If kgg99 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — all duplicate accounts will be closed, pending winnings will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform. This applies regardless of whether the duplicate accounts were created intentionally or unintentionally.

You must notify kgg99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kgg99 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.

kgg99 may, at its discretion, carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. KYC verification may require submission of:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered number).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by kgg99 compliance staff to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities or account closure. kgg99 is committed to handling all submitted documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

kgg99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are conducted via approved payment methods. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the kgg99 platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Banking: Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuer approval)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all mobile financial service methods. Deposits are credited to your kgg99 account instantly upon confirmation of receipt. kgg99 does not charge any fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kgg99 accepts no responsibility.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed by kgg99 within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during scheduled maintenance windows, or if additional verification is required.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from the wagering of bonus funds (after all wagering requirements have been satisfied) are eligible for withdrawal. The specific conditions applicable to each bonus are detailed in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer.

kgg99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where KYC verification has not been completed, or where the withdrawal request relates to funds obtained through bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

kgg99 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to these Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

To be eligible for any bonus, a player must have a fully verified kgg99 account. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or redeem bonus offers during those periods.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account without compensation.
• kgg99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any rights that have already vested in the player prior to such change.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• kgg99 reserves the right to clawback bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that bonus terms have been abused or exploited.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, the BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, and other calendar events are subject to the same principles set out above. Details of each seasonal promotion, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit thresholds, and wagering requirements, will be published on the kgg99 promotions page at the time the offer is activated.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the kgg99 platform are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a bet or participating in a game.

The following general principles apply to all betting and gaming activity on kgg99:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. kgg99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where expressly permitted by the applicable game or sport rules.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error (palpable error) may be voided by kgg99 at its discretion. kgg99 will notify affected players and return voided stakes promptly.
• In-play betting markets are subject to a brief delay between the broadcast of live events and the updating of odds on the platform. kgg99 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time where the integrity of the market cannot be guaranteed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the platform and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• kgg99 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all casino and slot games. RNG outputs are independently audited by recognised testing agencies. All game results are final.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the platform will attempt to complete the round based on the last confirmed state. If this is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• kgg99 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the outcome was known to the player at the time the bet was placed, or where there is suspicion of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other integrity violations.

For cricket betting specifically, all BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series markets are governed by the official rules of the relevant cricket governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) in addition to kgg99's own market-specific rules. kgg99 does not accept liability for decisions made by those bodies that affect the outcome of markets.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kgg99 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in a permanent ban. kgg99 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account, with or without their consent.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such errors must be reported to kgg99 support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live casino games.
• Using the platform for any purpose that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple sign-up bonuses, using hedging strategies to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine risk, or engaging in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kgg99 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to kgg99 via your payment provider without first raising a dispute through official kgg99 support channels.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

kgg99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legally binding instruction requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, kgg99 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, kgg99 may forfeit the balance in full. If no breach is confirmed, any legitimate funds will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting kgg99 support via live chat. Players requesting self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to visit the Responsible Gaming page for information about available tools and support resources.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within five (5) business days. kgg99 will retain transaction records in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Player and kgg99 in respect of the subject matter herein and supersede all prior understandings, communications, or representations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
